Cusco Mara is a profitable privately owned company which researches, produces, sells and exports biological products. These products are based on native plants from the Andes region. Their mission is to bring their high value products to markets all over the world; the concept is called "From Cusco to the World". The company consists of an ecological experimental centre, an ecological school and a production centre which has direct impact on community involvement and the environment. *employs 50 people, and has an annual turnover of around €200.000

You will share your ideas on how to enter new (international) niche markets in order to boost their existing export. Also they want your feedback on how to add value to their existing products, especially using packaging and branding.

You are an expert in marketing and branding. You speak Spanish. Also, to participate in an Expert Programme you need to have:
● at least five years of relevant working experience
● at least finished an HBO-education or have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Participation in this programme is on a voluntary basis. International travelling expenses are to be paid by the participant. SharePeople charges the participant a reasonable fee for which he/she receives matching, preparation, training (intercultural and safety) and work materials. The local organisation facilitates full board & lodging and local transportation for the participant.
Personal coaching by a professional coach is optional however comes with additional costs.
