Migori School of Guidance and Counselling is an established private school in Migori, Kenya. You are a professional with experience in facilitating business planning and development. Experience in the educational sector is an advantage.

Also, to participate in an Expert Programme you need to have:

- at least five years of relevant working experience
- at least finished an HBO-education or have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Participation in this programme is on a voluntary basis. International travelling expenses are to be paid by the participant. SharePeople charges the participant a reasonable fee for which he/she receives matching, preparation, training (intercultural and safety) and work materials. However, the local organization facilitates full board & lodging and local transportation for the participant. Personal coaching by a professional coach is optional in this programme but comes with additional costs.
