Zoa Taka is in need of a solid business plan. They would like you to start with looking at their strategy and translate this into tactics & operations. It is very imported that the goals set up for the near future will be accomplished. Positioning in the market is an important issue to be dealt with as well.
Due to your experience and knowlegde, you are able to consult a company to get them to reach their goals for the near future. You have experience in facilitating workshops and know how to develop a business plan.
Also, to participate in an Expert Programme you need to have:
- at least five years of relevant working experience
- at least have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Participation in this programme is on a voluntary basis. International travelling expenses are to be paid by the participant. SharePeople charges the participant a reasonable fee for which he/she receives matching, preparation, training (intercultural and safety) and work materials. However, the local organization facilitates full board & lodging and local transportation for the participant.
Personal coaching by a professional coach is optional in this programme but comes with additional costs.
